SMT SOLDERING TRAINING

Practice-oriented seminar to convey the basics, particularly temperature profiling and temperature adjustment. For beginners in soldering practice, system operators, operating engineers, & project engineers.
 

Content:
• introduction to the topic of soldering and soldering profiles
• functional principles, structure and technical differences of reflow systems
• interpretation of profile specifications and parameterization using software
• preparation of profile measurements and implementation as well as analysis and evaluation of the profile parameters
• interpretation of soldering defects – causes and solutions
• error detection
• circuit board preparation

MAINTENANCE

Techniques, tools, tips and relevant information as well as practical exercises for recognizing and analyzing various system conditions. For beginners in soldering practice, maintenance personnel, system mechanics, system operators, operating engineers and project engineers.

Content:
• identification, analysis and initiation of measures
• useful tips from the SMT service contact
• maintaining the functionality of the system
• maintenance plan and maintenance tasks

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

The individual training courses can be aimed at beginners, career changers and experienced specialists. You exchange personally with our experts. The subject areas are individually coordinated in advance - tailored to your systems, applications and processes. The aim is to gain knowledge of specialists in practice-oriented training courses expand to optimize yourprocesses technically and economically.
