SMT Wertheim at productronica 2023 in Munich

SMT Wertheim can look back on a successful trade fair appearance at productronica 2023.

During the four-day trade fair, customers and interested parties had the opportunity to have the latest reflow and vacuum soldering technology shown to them "live & on site" and explained in detail by the experts from the SMT team.

"With the machines on display - an R360 reflow soldering system and a V450 vacuum soldering system of the latest generation - we clearly hit a nerve," states Florian Graf, head of sales & marketing of the family business from Wertheim. “There was a lot of interest and overall we can look back on a successful productronica and a very good 2023 financial year,” Graf continued.

With the support of the Chinese colleagues from the SMT-Branch Suzhou and the employees of  SMT Thermal Discoveries Mexico the exhibition stand staff did justice to the increasingly international audience of the leading trade fair for electronics manufacturing.

According to the organizers, the internationality of productronica reached a new high among exhibitors and visitors. While the participation of companies from abroad rose to 54 percent (2019: 51 percent), the rate of international visitors increased by over two points to around 58 percent.

“After the many personal discussions, the trend has been clearly confirmed that energy efficiency is no longer a purely German or European issue,” says Florian Graf in retrospect. "Our highly efficient systems with the award-winning soldering profile solution "Profiling Plus" not only meet the spirit of the times, but also meet the expectations and needs of our customers and partners."
